Steve Bannon, a prominent conservative figure and host of the War Room, has issued a stern warning to those he perceives as the deep state operatives who have allegedly manipulated the law to target former President Trump and his supporters over the past eight years.

Bannon's comments reflect a growing sentiment among conservatives that the federal government's powers have been misused by corrupt officials to pursue Trump and his followers.

According to Gateway Pundit, Bannon's words were directed at those he believes have faced no repercussions for their actions, asserting that justice is imminent. He specifically targeted Jack Smith, a prosecutor he accuses of being obsessed with bringing down Trump. Bannon suggested that Smith should consider fleeing to a country without an extradition treaty with the United States, as he believes Smith's day of reckoning is near.

Bannon quoted Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General, saying, "You had to go after the prosecutors that came after him. You had to go, and this is McCabe, this is Comey, this is Weissmann, this is all the guys over at MSNBC. This is Jack Smith. This is Lisa Monaco. This is Merrick Garland." He emphasized that this is not a witch hunt, revenge, or retribution, but a necessary action to prevent such misuse of power from happening again.

Bannon further accused these individuals of attempting to imprison Trump for 20 years, suggesting that Smith was prepared to issue a superseding indictment had Trump lost the election. He referred to this as a "168-page report of nothing but a tissue of lies."

Addressing Smith directly, Bannon said, "You’ve already resigned. You’re quitting. I know you’re going to try to run back to The Hague, but bro, you better run to a place that don’t have an extradition treaty because you are not just going to be investigated. Ultimately, you’re going to be indicted and you’re going to be tried."

Bannon's comments reflect a broader conservative perspective that sees the actions of these individuals as causing financial ruin for many. He called for a team to be put in place at the Department of Justice to ensure that such actions are not repeated in the future.

Bannon concluded his remarks by reiterating his commitment to preventing such alleged abuses of power from recurring, stating, "We’re going to wring it out of the system. As sure as the turning of the Earth. Okay?" His words serve as a rallying cry for conservatives who believe that the actions taken against Trump and his supporters were unjust and must be rectified.
