The babysitter, who was 23 at the time, claims that Kennedy, then 45, made unwelcome advances towards her, as detailed in a recent Vanity Fair report.
As reported by Raw Story, the babysitter, a college graduate hired by the Kennedy family in 1998, documented in her diary that Kennedy, married to Mary Richardson Kennedy at the time, touched her leg under the table during a family gathering. She wrote, "From everything everybody says about the Kennedys + their Babysitters, they had me worried." She further described an incident in the kitchen where she felt Kennedy was touching her leg and hand, suggesting he was either distracted or testing her boundaries.
The babysitter's diary entries also reveal a disturbing incident where she found Kennedy shirtless on her bed, reading her diary, which contained intimate details of her life. He then asked her to apply lotion on him, an interaction she labeled as "totally inappropriate." Following this incident, she ceased documenting her encounters with Kennedy, fearing he would continue to invade her privacy.

The Vanity Fair article also includes other allegations against Kennedy. One such claim involves a photograph of Kennedy and an unidentified woman posing with the barbecued remains of a dog during a 2010 trip to Asia. This incident coincided with Kennedy's diagnosis of a parasitic worm infection in his brain.
