Despite their simultaneous presence in London, the Telegraph reports that King Charles III, who is 75, may be too occupied with royal engagements for a reunion.

Schofield further commented on the strained relationship between father and son, stating, "Prince Harry is suffering the consequences of his actions. Harry does not take responsibility for the tsunami of hurt he has caused his family. The king sees this very clearly." She also expressed concern about Harry's perceived lack of remorse for revealing family secrets for financial gain.

Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal expert, believes that a meeting between father and son is likely, given the king's ongoing battle with cancer. He told Fox News Digital, "The king’s door is always open to his son, though that does not mean they have a meeting of minds."

However, a meeting with Prince William and Kate Middleton is reportedly unlikely. Fitzwilliams explained, "Catherine is undergoing preventative chemotherapy, and this is an extremely stressful time for her and for William and their family. I would not expect them to meet."
If a reunion between Harry and his father does occur, it is expected to be brief, similar to their previous meeting in February. Royal author Christopher Andersen told Fox News Digital, "Harry’s trip does serve an important purpose because it allows him to once again visit his father without sounding alarm bells about the king’s condition."

Andersen also noted that King Charles does not see it as his responsibility to mend the relationship between his sons, especially considering the current challenges faced by Prince William, who is supporting his father and his wife through their respective cancer battles.
"Harry is focused on his father’s health. That’s the purpose of this trip – to check in on Papa and see for himself how he is doing – as much as it is to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games," Andersen said. He added, "The king’s cancer battle may have the effect of repairing his relationship with Harry, but there is no evidence that it has had any healing effect on the brothers. There is still great, simmering anger there."
