A person born as a man, now classified as ‘female,’ is serving 25 years in a New Jersey female prison.

Trans-identified male Matthew “Marina” Volz received accusations of sexually abusing and exploiting his 7-year-old daughter. In May 2022, a judge convicted Volz of aggravated sexual assault, conspiracy and endangering child welfare, and human trafficking.

According to the Post Millennial, the child’s mother and Volz separated, with Voltz taking the child from Oregon to New Jersey in 2018.

A year after serving as President of Clark College Queer Association in Vancouver, Washington, the pedophile launched a sexual exploitation scheme, using his child in horrific sexual videos.

Volz had connected with three accomplices, Ashley Romero, Sean Allen, and Ducinea Gnecco. Together they ran a “transgender pornography” business emphasizing BDSM, fetish, and taboo production content. They ran the company out of a home in Franklin Township, where they all lived.

According to Judge Peter Tober, the 7-year-old endured torture using neck collars, sex toys, and a cage in the home’s basement. He said, “If this was not heinous, cruel, and depraved, I don’t know what is.”

The only women’s prison in New Jersey, Edna Mahan, is housing Volz and Romero, along with multiple male inmates convicted of violence against women and children, according to Reduxx.

An inmate told Reduxx that Romero and Volz intend to marry and share a cell. Neither is in treatment for sex offenders. Several female inmates expressed fear and anxiety in being forced to share the same facility as trans-identified males, according to Reduxx. Miseka Diggs, an inmate, said women who speak feeling unsafe get put into protective custody.

She said: “We can’t express our feelings in fear of being put in protective custody, [which] is like lock-up. [If] you use the wrong words, you will [be] uprooted and removed from your living quarters. So many women walk around in fear.”

Diggs added: “We feel like we are part of some sick joke. [This] is a nightmare that we can’t wake up from. The women here are traumatized [over and over again], and it seems as if no one cares about our needs. We feel like second-class citizens with no rights.”
