Ten months after leaving President Joe Biden’s administration, Jen Psaki is back, or about to be, in the limelight.

The snarky former White House press secretary will debut her MSNBC show “Inside with Jen Psaki” on Sunday, March 19, in the noon slot.

In a statement, MSNBC said the show would “leverage Psaki’s wide-ranging expertise to tackle the biggest issues of the week, featuring one-on-one interviews with newsmakers.”

The Post Millennial reported that after MSNBC announced the upcoming show on Twitter, Psaki tweeted, “Let’s do this…looking forward to Sunday, March 19… We have been working on some fun and different features…and can’t wait to dig into all of the news…see you soon.”

According to Hollywood Reporter, the show will run at noon and stream on the Peacock network the following day. It will be packed with interviews and discussions of prominent public policy issues. There’s also a plan in the works for a segment called “Weekend Routine,” where Psaki will join her guests as they live their daily lives.

Although she’ll have her show, Psaki plans to continue contributing to NBC’s “Meet the Press” and “Today” shows. NBC also plans to have her on election-night programming. She also plans to write a daily political newsletter column for the cable channel.

Before being succeeded as White House secretary by Karine Jean Pierre, Psaki served the Biden administration for 16 months. While still working within the Biden administration, Psaki announced she had taken a position with MSNBC. According to the Post Millennial, some thought her announcement while still working for the administration was a conflict of interest.

Psaki is not the only former Biden administration alumnus to leave and join MSNBC. Symone Sanders joined the network last May. Sanders served as a spokesperson during Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and later became the lead spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris.
