Americans have a strange fascination with celebrities.

They love to watch them in the movies and even enjoy watching them in real life. But when they appear on game shows and mock themselves, everyone has to laugh at them for their ability to be out of touch with reality.

Three celebrities appeared on "Celebrity Jeopardy" to compete against each other. But when asked the question, "In 'Field of Dreams' a question is asked, 'Is this heaven?' - No, it's this midwestern state also known as 'the corn state.'" They could only answer it correctly.

Louder with Crowder reported, "Torrey DeVitto, who the internet tells me is an actress, said 'Wisconsin.' WRONG! Wisconsin is known for the show Happy Days, cheese, and 2nd amendment influencer Kyle Rittenhouse."

And,

"Candace Parker, who the internet tells me plays for something called the WNBA, said 'Nebraska.' NOPE! Nebraska is known for Larry the Cable Guy, former Senator Ben Sasse, and...I don't know, I guess this guy."

Patton Oswalt was the only one of the three that kept his mouth shut to cover up his cluelessness. Not one of the stars could provide the answer to the question, which was "Iowa." Iowa is the one state that everyone knows exists because of its role in election years. It starts the election cycle because it is the first state in the Union to open its doors in the primary races.

The three contestants on the show represent the best that Hollywood has to offer. And if they need help answering a simple question about Iowa and the Midwest, the country is in trouble. Many people look up to the people that stand in front of the camera. They should at least be educated enough to find Iowa on a map.
