Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King threatened to cause "pain” to two New York Post reporters in a series of posts to his millions of followers on Wednesday.

"I know where you live. Where you used to live. Where your family lives. Where they work," King wrote in Instagram posts directed to New York Post reporters Kevin Sheehan and Isabel Vincent. "And a few thousand other people know now as well."

"You posted my house online. And caused white supremacists to show up at my doorstep to terrify my wife and kids," King wrote in the posts, which contained headshots of Sheehan and Vincent. "I'm going to at least make it uncomfortable for you. You aren't going to post about my personal life without consequence."

"You motherf***ers that won't leave me and my wife and kids alone ... I'm about to return this pain back to you," he wrote in another Instagram post.

King also issued a 10-minute video on his Instagram page on Wednesday clarifying why he was "finished with the high road, at least for now."

"Forty-two years of taking the high road has made it such that anybody, anywhere, can attack and spread dangerous information about my family without any consequences," King said. "Normally, I will defend myself and my own reputation, and I will continue to do that as I need to, but now, I am going to use the same strategies that have been used against me, against those that have caused us harm. I am returning your strategies back to you."

King, who has been repeatedly accused of being a grifter by his fellow BLM activists, has a history of doxxing people he falsely accused of committing violent crimes.

Houston man Robert Cantrell hanged himself in a jail cell in 2019 after King falsely accused him of murdering a 7-year-old black girl in late 2018. Cantrell and his family received death threats after King posted Cantrell's mugshot on social media, called him a "racist, violent a**hole," and falsely suggested he was responsible for murdering Jazmine Barnes.

Cantrell was in jail for irrelevant evasion and robbery charges when he died from what appeared to be a suicide. Barnes's killers, Eric Black, and Larry Woodruffe, were eventually captured and convicted. Black was condemned to 30 years in prison, and Woodruffe was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

In May 2018, King falsely accused a Texas state trooper of raping a black woman during a traffic stop. The soldier was acquitted a few days later after video evidence was released showing he did not assault the woman.

King threatened to dox the New York Post reporters after the Washington Free Beacon reported Monday that King had purchased a $40,000 designer guard dog with funds donated to his political action committee.
